For most of my life, I have been a rule follower and did all the things I was "supposed" to do— getting the degree (two, actually.) landing a job, getting married, ticking all the boxes—but something was always missing. I realized that despite all the “shoulds” I had checked off, I was unfulfilled and yearning for something more. Now, I’ve found my true passion in helping people like you embrace the bold, sometimes risky path toward living a life that truly reflects who you are.

I deeply believe that every person and business has a story worth telling, but through my years as a therapist, I have seen that the hardest part is actually being heard. Consequently, too many of us just end up blending in or staying small because honestly, it’s easier (right?) But At BRZN, we want to empower you, your voice, and your mission.  The term “brazen” has gotten a bad rep (read: “bitchy”) but we want to not only take the term back, we want to own it. To live it. to embody it.  

As a wife, toddler mom, 9-5 therapist, and two-time business owner,  I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle responsibilities while trying to carve out time for your own dreams. Plus, choosing to stray from the traditional path is scary as hell. That's why I want you to know you don't have to do it alone.
